What is not automatically covered
Concrete can be affected by conditions outside the contractor's control. Ground movement, settlement outside the agreed scope, de-icing chemical damage, impact damage, improper maintenance, drainage problems outside the agreed scope, and damage caused by third parties are not automatically covered by a workmanship warranty. Precise exclusions will be listed in the final written policy.
